Eat Salsarita's and earn rewards! You'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. You can redeem your points for various rewards, which you will see under REWARDS on your account. Plus, you'll receive different rewards & offers as you dine or cater with us. Download the Salsarita's app now or join online.

Yes, you must be a registered rewards member to participate in Salsarita's Rewards. If you were a rewards member (or a Cantina Club member) prior to November 2018, you need to migrate your rewards account. Please contact [email protected] if you need any assistance.

Our app is the best way to experience Salsarita's Rewards, however, you are not required to download the Salsarita's app. You can join and use the rewards program on our website at salsaritas.com/rewards.

Only a few Salsarita's locations do not participate in the rewards program. These are typically non-traditional locations (located in shopping malls & airports, on corporate or college campuses). See restaurant for details.

Salsarita's will only have access to the information guests provide and will never share that information. We do not store user passwords. Please review our full Privacy Policy at salsaritas.com/privacy-policy.

In mid-May 2024, we updated the rewards portion of the Salsarita's Rewards program. You still earn rewards at the same rate (1 point for every $1 spent), however, you now have more flexibility to choose the rewards you want to use! PLUS, catering orders can now earn up to 500 points per order (previously this maximum was 100 points).

You'll receive a $5 Off reward which can be used on any order (dine-in, online or catering). Reward will be delivered to your account within two hours of joining (usually only takes a few minutes). See reward for full details.

Yes, everyone 13 years or older can be a Salsarita's Rewards member.

You are not required to join Salsarita's Rewards via your Facebook account. This is just an option we provide for quick and easy signup.

We will have access to your general information and the email address associated with your Facebook account. If you join via Facebook, we are not able to update your email address on your Salsarita's Rewards account. You must use the email that is associated with your Facebook account. If you do not want to use this email and/or no longer have access to the email associated with your Facebook account, please do not use the Facebook signup feature. You will be notified via email when new rewards and exclusives are available to you, so it's important that the email on your Salsarita's Rewards account is one you can access.

No, this is a free program.

Earning Points

If you order online or through the Salsarita's app while logged into your rewards account, you will automatically receive points from that purchase. In a restaurant, you will need to scan the QR code from your app at checkout. If the restaurant does not have a scanner, you can take the receipt and log it onto your account via the app or online. If you do not use the Salsarita's app, you can give the cashier your phone number, name or email address to assign your account to the visit. This will ensure you receive points for the order.

If you did not order online, through the app, or scan your QR code at checkout, you must enter your receipt for points. Receipts can only be added to your account for points within 7 days of your visit.

Yes! You will receive 1 point per $1 spent on catering. This number is based on your order subtotal (which is pre-taxes, fees and tip). You can earn up to 500 points per catering order.

No. The person you are purchasing the gift card for will receive the points when he/she redeems the gift card.

Yes. If your account is inactive and your points balance has not changed for one year, those points will reset to zero. You will receive email notification if your rewards account is close to reaching one year of inactivity, reminding you to visit so you do not lose any points.

If you were a rewards member or Cantina Club member prior to May 2024, all your points & rewards will migrate over. If you are a new member to Salsarita's Rewards, you will start earning points after joining. Receipts from visits prior to your join date are not eligible for points.

Just have your friends enter your invite code when they join Salsarita's Rewards. After they make their first purchase as rewards members, we'll load 50 bonus points on your account. That's $50 worth of FREE points! Please note, you will only receive this referral offer for your first three guests you refer.

Redeeming Rewards

Before you go to Salsarita's, click “Redeem” from the REWARDS page and choose what you'd like to redeem. Then show the cashier your reward when you're at the restaurant. If you're placing an order through the app or online, rewards can be added at checkout. You can redeem rewards on anything at Salsarita's (dine-in or catering), except to purchase alcohol or gift cards. See each reward for full details.

You will receive a push notification through the app and/or an email depending on what notifications you signed up for. You can also view them on the REWARDS page of your account. Any rewards that show as “locked” or faded mean that you currently do not have enough points to redeem that specific reward.

You can only redeem one reward per visit. You will still earn points for money spent even if you used a reward on that visit. Ex: If you ordered a Burrito Combo with Queso but used a Free Burrito reward, you will not pay for the Burrito and you will earn points for the money you spent on the Chips & Queso Combo.

Of course! The beauty of this rewards program is the flexibility to use your points however you wish. You can redeem your points for a lower tier offer (such as a Free Dessert) or you can save up for a higher tier offer (such as a Free Quesorito).

All rewards have an expiration date, so be sure you're aware of what rewards you have and when they expire.

It depends on the reward you choose to redeem! Each reward will say whether it can be redeemed on catering or not.

Yes! You will get a $5 Off reward at the beginning of your birthday month which is valid the whole month. Birthday rewards are only added to active accounts (has at least one visit in the prior year). If you do not visit Salsarita's and use your rewards account in the 12-month period between birthdays, you will not receive the birthday reward. See reward for full details.

Birthday rewards are automatically issued to members that have made at least one purchase at Salsarita's in the 12-month period between birthdays. If you have made a purchase between birthdays and still do not see your reward, please email [email protected].

If you joined Salsarita's Rewards during your birthday month, you will not receive your birthday reward until the following year as long as you make at least one purchase at Salsarita's beforehand. You will still receive your reward for joining the program.

Whether you moved and are no longer near a Salsarita's or your local Salsarita's closed, we are unable to credit you for any unused rewards.

As of mid-May 2024, the Salsarita's Rewards program does not support banked rewards (such as $20 or $7). If you had banked rewards on your account prior to this transition to our “choose-your-own-rewards” style program, those banked rewards were converted back to the points total equivalent. Ex: If you had $20 in banked rewards previously, that transferred to 200 points on the new program. If you had $7 in banked rewards, that transferred to 70 points on the new program. Each guest can only have one Salsarita's Rewards account.

Our rewards system no longer requires or supports physical cards. Any points/rewards you may have accumulated are tied to your rewards account, not the actual rewards card.
