Your Taco Met Its Match: Cocktails – Part Two
Welcome back to part TWO of our series on pairing delicious cocktails with your favorite Salsarita’s tacos! If you missed it, be sure to head over to part one to catch up. In Case You Missed It: We got together with Rachael Blake, a Beverage Specialist and Bartender at the newly restored Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach – a member of the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott Hotels. As Beverage Specialist, Rachael is always coming up with luxurious five-star drinks to woo the guests in one of many bars. Luckily for us, she gave us the scoop on different cocktails you can create at home to compliment your Salsarita’s taco experience. Paloma del Flor
A sensational floral paloma
Pairs Well With: Salsarita’s Pork Tacos
1.5oz. Silver tequila (Rachel recommends Tequila Fortaleza, Lunazul, or Cazadores)
.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
.5 Monin Lavender Syrup
2 dashes each of rose water and orange blossom water.
Shake ingredients and strain over ice. Top with Q drinks grapefruit soda and garnish with edible flower.

The sophisticated ingredients are the perfect compliment to the seasoned ground beef.
Pairs Well With: Salsarita’s Ground Beef Tacos
1.5 oz Bulleit Bourbon
.25 oz Campari
.75 oz.Blood Orange Juice
.5 oz Lemon Juice
1oz. Simple syrup
1 Egg white
Dry shake for 10 seconds, shake with ice, strain and then add fresh ice.
