The Salsarita’s Experience
Salsarita’s is a fast casual dining restaurant known for its warm look and feeling of a modern Mexican cantina, making dining comfortable and inviting. Our prototype design is ideal for a 2,500sf space, but we do have the flexibility to adapt to larger and smaller spaces as long as we have 31 feet to install our front counter design.
Salsarita’s elevates the level of guest service by managing the entire dining experience:
- The average time it takes a guest to receive their meal is 7 minutes – from the end of the line to the register.
- Guests are able to view all the options available to them as they walk down our line.
- Diners are attended to even after they receive their food with friendly, helpful guest service specialists that refill drinks and clean tables.
- Entrepreneurs and/or former C-Level Executives with a proven track record of developing and operating a multi-million dollar business.
- Single and multi-unit operators with food service and/or restaurant experience.
- Possess the resources and ability to open first unit within 12 months and the remaining units within 5 years.
- Passion for and commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Minimum financial requirements are $350,000 in liquid capital and a minimum net worth of $1M.
